Dealing with Disruption: See It Coming, Leverage It to Drive Growth

May 14 | 12 – 1 p.m. | Zoom Webinar

Companies who find themselves forced to react to disruptive shifts in their industries will face uphill battles to remain relevant.

In this session, Peter Grimm will help you learn how to anticipate disruptive shifts in your industry and capitalize on them. Discover the “pathologies” of disruption, the recognizable patterns that can help you discriminate between them, and strategies to take advantage of them.

By attending this webinar, you will gain exposure to a toolset that blends elements of traditional corporate strategy with methodologies developed in the US intelligence community and is used by some of the world’s most recognizable companies.

Peter Grimm is Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors and an expert in corporate strategy, competitor analysis, competitive intelligence, and capitalizing on disruption.

A graduate of the US Naval Academy, with experiences ranging from clandestine support for elite counterterrorism units to authoring intelligence featured in the President’s Daily Brief, Peter has a unique blend of national security and strategy consulting experience. After his service in the Government, Peter worked in the Strategy Practice of Deloitte Consulting before turning around a PE-backed competitive intelligence technology firm, which he led through two successful exits. Now, as Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors, Peter leverages his national security and corporate strategy experience to help clients better anticipate, prepare for, and capitalize on market and competitive disruption.

He is a regular speaker at industry and competitive intelligence conferences around the world and is passionate about helping clients like Sherwin-Williams, Google, CoverMyMeds, Cvent, and Sodexo make smarter, faster decisions.
